Dr. Brad Elkins, MD was recently added to the PS250, a list of 250 surgeons who have been recognized as notable innovators in premium IOL surgery. Dr. Elkins, who practices in his two offices in Encino and West Hills, was selected as a leading surgeon in the premium IOL movement.
The full PS250 list is published annually in Premier Surgeon and will be printed in an early 2011 issue.
